Poofy Bread!!!

In this Post I wrote about the bread that always turns out. I made it Friday and this is how it turned out:

So Poofy it bakes to the top of the bread machine! That's why it has ickies on the top. I did clean it after it cooled so next time it won't get ickie. Plus I can decrease the last rise time since my Zoji has programmable settings. :) My hubby buys me the BEST stuff!! :)

See, all clean!! Except the spots that part of the finish is gone :(

This soaks the flour overnight so it's compatible with the Nourishing Traditions way of life. :)
