Recipe for “tuna” Pate!

It’s actually called Not Tuna Pate & it is YUMMY!!!!!
Put in food processor:
2 Cups soaked raw sunflower seeds
1 Cup soaked raw almonds
(soak about 8 hours usually overnight is good)
1/2 Cup Filtered Water
1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
process till it is a paste. You will have to periodically scrape it off the sides.
Place into a mixing bowl and add:
1/3 Cup Minced Celery
1/4 Cup Minced Onion
1/4 Cup Minced Fresh Parsley
3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Mix well & ENJOY!!!
Goes well as a dip for veggies or crackers, or as a spread for an open face sandwich!!
Should keep for 4-5 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
